I thoroughly enjoyed my start to International Women’s Day 2021 speaking to students from Heriot-Watt University and Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus on #CUSTOMERENGAGEMENT  IN  #RETAIL IN A POST PANDEMIC WORLD and HOW TO BUILD AN #EFFECTIVECAMPAIGN.

It is so important to nurture the marketing minds of the future. They will face both an incredibly challenging retail landscape and an accelerating pace of consumer culture and behaviours. I feel proud to be a part of supporting their learning and development.
